A new space, ” KINUTANI Art Place Hiroo” opened in Hiroo, offering an immense experience of 70 years of his creative journey.
Koji Kinutani(1943-2025)was a recipient of the Order of Culture and his works are renowned for their vivid color and vital energy.
Standing in front of his paintings and their vivid color overwhelms us. Exposing ourselves to moving images with our five senses lets us feel the world of creativity.
Before you know it, you will feel the urge to create. From art appreciation to digital visual experiences and hands-on artistic creation
—this is a space not only to see, but to feel and to express. For both adults and children, each in their own colors.
A place where the joy of expression becomes freer, and more alive.
